ProVex™ FD Pig 2–42″ (51–1067mm)
Designed & field proven as the ultimate pig for the removal of liquids in pipeline. The ProVex FD™ backbone is made of tough, flexible foam. An engineered series of molded channels provide multiple wiping discs. Coating each channel with our durable polyurethane elastomer forms a cutting edge to each disc which facilitates longer runs.
Light Density 1-2lb/ft3 (16-32 kg/m3)
Light Density materials are used for light drying and wiping within the pipeline.

PigPro Passage Indicator - Series 53
Base Model 53-0000 is a combined visual/electrical indicator with manual/automatic reset.
It includes a thread mounting nipple, standard lower housing with fluorocarbon ORings,hemispherical plunger with a flag assembly and weather sealed & explosion proof limit switch.
The switch employed on this model is NEMA rated, UL listed and CSA certified to suit most applications.

The series ED pigs are bi-directional and used primarily for air and water displacement applications during the pressure test stage of construction. Designed to travel in either direction, the operator can fill the line with water and displace the water without removing the pig.

The MD2 bi-directional pigs are designed to be both economical and efficient. They have multiple uses including separation of dissimilar fluids, batching and light cleaning, however, the primary use for the MD2 is water displacement during the hydrostatic testing stage of construction. The steel bodied pig is designed to travel in either direction in the pipeline.

These solid cast urethane pigs are an excellent cleaner for small diameter pipelines. The discs on this pig allows it to traverse any line with maximum efficiency. Pigs are designed for non-metallic pipe and steel lines. They are good for proving line but not effective with solids.

PURGER VP SOLID CAST 2″ – 12″ (51 – 305 MM)
The Purger VP is a new product in our Purger line of solid cast urethane pigs. The VP stands for Valve Pig which can be can be launched and received using most of the pigging valves on the market today. The Purger VP is designed to achieve all of your cleaning and maintenance tasks. These Pigs are easy to launch and receive and once they are traversing down your pipeline you can expect our new design to do a first rate job of cleaning your pipeline.

The Apache Purger I is a tough, all-urethane, maintenance free pipeline pig. An efficient batching, cleaning or displacement pig, the Purger I’s flexible design ensures the sealing elements are centered in the pipeline thus resulting in consistent wear.
PURGER II SOLID CAST 2 – 24″ (51 – 610 MM)
The Apache Purger II is lightweight and easy to handle. The one-piece molded design has multiple seals for use in batching, cleaning or displacement applications. The solid all-urethane construction eliminates the anxiety of possible loss of parts commonly experienced with metal pigs. Both the leading and trailing flexible cups can pass up to 20% reductions in pipe.
HURRICANE LP (LEAD PIG ) 3″ – 12″ (76 – 305 MM)
The Apache Pipeline Hurricane LP is designed to be the lead pig in a two pig train while containing the inhibitor or biocide treatment and allowing minimum by-pass. The inhibitor is contained between the lead pig and our Hurricane FP pig which allows our FP design to leave a film of inhibitor on the pipe wall. The Hurricane LP has a similar look to the filming pig but is manufactured with 72 Durometer Urethane and has a rear hollow cavity.

Apache Pipeline Products introduces a new addition to our world class line of pipeline products. The unique design of our new dual durometer Hurricane FP pig has a front hollow mandrel with two port holes in the middle of the mandrel. This allows the inhibitor to travel to the front of the pig and then through the port holes. The inhibitor is then contained between the 86 durometer leading cup and two 62 durometer rear sealing discs allowing the pig to leave a film of inhibitor on the pipe wall.

The unique design of the Series C Cup provides both the cleaning advantages of a scraper cup and the flexibility of a conical cup. The wear surface is three times larger than any other scraper, which promotes longer cup life, while the pressure of the product keeps the cutting edge firmly against the pipe wall to provide an optimum seal. The flex area between the shank and the cleaning surface allows the Apache cup to traverse 15% reductions in pipe bore caused by buckling or flattening of the pipeline.

SERIES JC JETTED CUP 2 – 14″(51 – 356 MM)
The turbulence created, jets away debris from in front of the cleaning pig. The grooves in the surface of the cup allow a calibrated amount of fluid to pass along the wall of the pipe to jet away wax, sand and other debris. The grooves on the lip of the cup provide increased scraping and cutting action of standard cups. The design of the jetting grooves causes the pig to rotate as it travels ensuring even wear of the cup, increasing cup life and reducing operating costs.

The turbulence created, jets away debris from in front of the cleaning pig. The grooves in the surface of the cup allow a calibrated amount of fluid to pass along the wall of the pipe to jet away wax, sand and other debris.

Apache discs can be used in both bi-directional and uni-directional applications, or in conjunction with Series M cups as sealing or guide discs. The dimensions, durometer or composition of the discs can be varied to meet any special requirements.
SEALER DISCS 20-48” (508 – 1219 mm)
MDK-ED pigs are equipped with durable guide discs, one at each end. The guide discs provide a positive centering affect which allow the four sealing discs in the center to effectively seal during the displacement period.
All Apache discs are manufactured from high quality polyurethane and are available with a variety of wear resistant additives. Apache has also developed a proprietary chemically-resistant urethane suited specifically for severe environments such as hydrogen sulphide gas.

Gauge Plates/Sizing Plates
All Gauge Plates are cut out of 6061 T6 Aluminum materials. Utilizing our new CNC Water Jet Cutting System, we can now provide Pig Sizing Rings to any customer supplied dimensions, quickly and cost effectively.
HDPE-PB 3-16” (76-406mm)
The HDPE-PB features a high density polyethylene core with 304 stainless steel pencil brushes.
Integrity XB 20-48” (508-1219mm)
The Integrity XB brush has been designed to clean better and last longer than existing products and features a new unique construction method with Pencil Brush Technology. Each brush features stiff 22 gauge memory wire bristles at the front for heavy scraping and longer, flexible 25 gauge bristles at the rear for deep cleaning.
